BCB Rossmoyne is a coffee shop, bakery, and bistro, located in Mechanicsburg. It’s known for its freshly brewed coffee, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. BCB stands for Brew Cumberlands Best. It is located on 4902 Louise Drive, in the Rossmoyne Plaza.

BCB operates under a philosophy defined by three core values, quality, convenience, and community. Their coffee and ingredients are locally sourced, and their desserts are home-made. They strive for convenience by quickly fulfilling orders, or allowing guests to relax in a spacious location. Community is also important to BCB.  They work with non-profit organizations and host events throughout the year.

Laurel and Wade Weiser are the cofounders of BCB. It started as a place for Laurel to express her creativity through baking. Laurel has had many jobs in the culinary field, but she felt like her creativity was stifled. In order to achieve personal fulfillment she had to start my own business. She founded BCB with her husband in 2014. Wade became the head of all business operations in 2015. He is  excited to continue the growth of BCB Enterprises so that their commitment to quality, convenience, and and community can reach as many as possible. The couple still owns the company today.

Since 2014, BCB has been serving coffee to the community. They offer coffee shop staples, including lattes, espressos, and frappes, as well as original drinks. A caramello is just one of their original drinks, which is coffee mixed with a special blend of caramel. If you’re not a coffee drinker, you can get a smoothie or hot chocolate.

Baked goods are also offered at BCB. All of their baked goods are freshly made. They offer an array sweet treats like brownies, pastries, and muffins. Baked oatmeal is one of their original treats that is popular with their customers. Their peanut butter pie is another popular menu item.

BCB is a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch. You can grab a bagel or a breakfast sandwich. For lunch, you have the option to make your own sandwich. You first choose between a bagel, white or whole grain bread, or a pretzel roll. Then, you pick from your choice of meat or cheese.

What sets BCB apart from other coffee shops is it’s sense of community. They work with organizations and people in the area. BCB invites local musicians to perform at their restaurant. Paintings from local artists line the walls of the coffee shop. Charity events are also hosted at BCB. They partner with organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Heart Association.

BCB is open from 6am to 3pm on weekdays. You can find out more information on their website, bcbcoffee.com.
